CUSTOMER CARE NAVIGATORS
Our Navigators provide navigation through our complex healthcare system to all of our prospective clients seeking care for themselves, or their loved ones. We are dedicated on transforming the experience of seeking health care into a beautiful journey with peace of mind — and ultimately bringing back customer service to Healthcare. Our Navigators are available 24hrs/day seven days a week.

CLINICAL CARE DIRECTOR
What we do best is care for others. Our Clinical Care Director has over 12 years of nursing experience, with a strong focus in aging in place. She has practiced with the Federal Health system, the Provincial Health System, and now has proven excellence in the private sector. She is passionate in improving the quality and experience in healthcare in the home.
